Governare l'impresa: casi, rischi e responsabilità

October 27 - December 15, 2026
Format: in-person

An operational workshop for business professionals.

In recent years, the topic of corporate governance has gained increasing importance, not only from a regulatory perspective but especially in the concrete ability of organizations to prevent risks, support development, and preserve business continuity. However, between formally correct structures and the actual functioning of decision-making processes, there often remains a significant gap: well-designed models on paper do not always translate into effective behaviors, adequate and timely information flows, or truly operational control measures.

In this context, the role of Auditors, Reviewers, Supervisory Bodies, and Business Professionals in general, becomes increasingly crucial. It is not just about verifying compliance, but about interpreting weak signals, understanding organizational dynamics and evaluating substance over form, actively contributing to the good governance of the enterprise.
