The Lean Management is the discipline that aims to maximize customer value, reducing waste and increasing internal efficiency. It is a key growth factor: it improves processes, enables agile systems, and promotes the adoption of new technologies.
The Agile methodology, integrated with Lean techniques, allows companies to maintain a focus on value and quickly adapt to market demands. Today lean processes also become digital, particularly connected to smart manufacturing.
Since 2006 the Lean Center CUOA has been collaborating with companies and professionals to create a Lean Society, without waste and with the customer at the center. It offers innovative training programs, masters, courses, study tours, tailor-made projects and activities of research and awareness on Lean, Agile and Digital. They are ideal for entrepreneurs, managers, and professionals who want to lead the Lean transformation and apply it in production and services.
