The Executive Master in Lean Management trains professionals ready to lead lean transformation. A practical and strategic path that combines technical skills, concrete tools, and project work to immediately apply Lean principles.

The Master has a modular structure, with a mandatory course in Lean Transformation and the possibility to choose your own specialized path (Strategic Procurement, Lean Company, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile Project Management for Scrum Master).

Experiential teaching, company visits, and a multidisciplinary Faculty ensure practicality and up-to-date knowledge.
