The course Lean Six Sigma integrates the principles of Six Sigma, based on statistical tools and a structured approach to problem-solving, with those of Lean Production, which aims to eliminate waste (MUDA), optimize resources, and ensure high quality in process management.
The Faculty consists of certified professionals Master Black Belt Six Sigma (SSMI), an expert consultant in strategic implementation of the Lean Six Sigma approach for Operational Excellence, and a certified psychologist coach for soft skills development.
